Thinking about my participatory art, and considering what I have asked people to do in terms of responding to the word 'IDENTITY' with my packs, I have been thinking about how I could continue to spread the net of my participants a further a field. As I was pondering this thought, I happened to be on Facebook.
So referring back to some tutorial notes, I decided to create a group called 'Jaz's Participatory Art'. Facebook is a medium which many of us use on a daily basis to communicate, network, and in some ways socialise.
"With the rise of social networking among schools, colleges, and professionals in the field, it has become necessary to recognize the importance of what messages you are putting out there for others to see. Social networking sites such as Facebook offer opportunites to post and share a host of personal and professional experiences, information, and even photos."
